PLANAPP

Centre for Planning and Evaluation of Public Policies – PLANAPP – is a public institution that aims to support the definition and implementation of public policies and foresight analysis. Its main objective is to follow and strengthen each of the intervention phases in the public policy cycle – anticipation and planning, design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation – creating the methodologies and internal competencies within the public structure required for quality public action in these areas.
Mission
- To support the drawing up of policies and strategic planning in setting out strategic guidelines, priorities and public policy aims, thereby ensuring coherence between sector plans and cross-cutting planning documents.
- Monitor the execution and evaluate the implementation of public policies, planning instruments and the results obtained.
- Draw up foresight analysis.
